  • Consider the source and their motives.

  • Consider the feedback language (you should almost always ignore feedback like "I've NEVER SEEN [the way you priced or set terms for something]").

  • Pay more careful attention to pricing feedback on new offerings and terms you've recently changed

  • Reach out to an unbiased external source for perspective

  • Look for trends in the feedback
